IMG_8082Life can get a little out of hand and routine can slip through the cracks before we know it! One thing that keeps me going are good, healthy, revitalizing SNACKS! Not simply juicy Medjool dates and crunchy cashews. Nah, I’m talking SUPER SNACKS! Super snacks are the kind of workout you do, when you only have 5-7 minutes. I highly recommend spreading out a few of these snacks in your day if you can! I promise you’ll be satisfied. Helpful tip: If you’re a super snacker, wake up and put on workout clothes (or something you can move in) so that you are ready to go at any moment!
